*Approved health claims according to EU Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006:
– Creatine increases physical performance during explosive strength training during short-term intense physical activity (ID 1102)
– Creatine may increase the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over 55 years of age (ID 1103)
